Being awake at 2:30 AM I had lots of time to reminisce about our travels to get here and all the modes of transportation it took for us to make the journey.  A car ride from home led us to a ferry ride to Vancouver, a bus and train ride to the airport, a flight to Paris followed by one to Valencia and finally, the subway, before walking to our flat..a total of 30 hours on the “road”.
